| Jeffrey S. Beall is CEO of American Pipe & Supply Co., Inc and is a current member of A-D's PVF and Plumbing divisions. APS is headquartered in Birmingham, AL and has branches in Alabama and Tennessee. He also serves on A-D's PVF Divisional Board and is active in the American Supply Association. He is a member of the Board of Directors for BBVA Compass-Birmingham Bank, University of Alabama President's Cabinet and is active in various community charity organizations. Mr. Beall graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.A. in accounting and a MBA. He is married to the former Jennifer Lewis with three children. Hobbies are golf, hunting and fishing, and anything to do with the University of Alabama sports. -Back to Top- | 
| Barry Boyer is a life-long resident of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He is married to Gilda and they have two children, Erik and Lauren. Barry graduated with honors from Cornell College in 1984 where he studied Economics, Business and Political Science. He is currently President and CEO of Van Meter Industrial, an employee-owned electrical wholesale and automation company headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He has been with Van Meter for 16 years. Van Meter and its subsidiaries have 21 locations and 550 people in Iowa and Minnesota. He is passionate about community service and currently serves on 7 local and industry boards including current Chair of the United Way of East Central Iowa and Chair of Cedar Rapids Economic Development. | Jon Eames is the Vice President and General Manager of N. H. Bragg & Sons, an Industrial Supply Distributor with locations in Bangor and Portland, Maine. Mr. Eames is a sixth generation family member of this 151 year old family-owned company. His company joined Affiliated Distributors' Industrial Supply Division in 1995. | Matthew Klein is the Chairman of the board for Kent Gypsum Supply Inc. a distributor of Gypsum supplies throughout Western Washington. With four locations and a great staff, KGS is a leader in Drywall distribution in Washington State. Matt has served on the AMAROK board for 6 years and is currently the Chairman of the Board of AMAROK, the newest division of A-D effective July 1st, 2008. A 1977 graduate of Pacific Lutheran University with a BA in Education, Matt went to work for Kent Gypsum as a summer job and bought the company 5 years later. Over the 30 years under his leadership KGS has grown from 1 location and $1 million in sales to 4 locations and over $20 million in sales. He has served on many volunteer organizations. His hobbies include family, golf, skiing and traveling. -Back to Top- |  | Michael McInerney is the Chairman of the Board of Thos. Somerville Company in Upper Marlboro, MD. Thos. Somerville Company has 22 branch locations in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. They joined Affiliated Distributors' Plumbing Division in January 2001. Mr. McInerney has been a member of the A-D Board since 2001 and serves as the Chairman of the Board's Audit Committee. Mr. McInerney is also a member of the Board of Directors for T.W. Perry Company, T. S. Realty Company, Washington Hotel Company and the Centers for the Handicapped. | Tammy Miller is the CEO of Border States, the 10th largest electrical distributor in the United States with more than 50 branch locations in 12 states in the U.S. and in Mexico. Border States has approximately 1,300 employees and is 100% employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Trust. The Company provides products and supply chain solutions to the utility, industrial and construction markets and is headquartered in Fargo, ND. Border States joined A-D in 1985 and is a current member of A-D's Electrical, Industrial and Plumbing Divisions. Prior to becoming CEO of Border States in 2006, Tammy served as the company's President, its Executive Vice President and its CFO with responsibilities for accounting, finance, credit and legal. Tammy joined Border States in 1991 after working in public accounting for more than 8 years. Tammy has a BS in accounting and a MBA from Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM). Additionally, Tammy has served as the Board Chair for the NAED (National Association of Electrical Distributors), is a member of Rockwell Automation's Distributor Operations Advisory Council, Grant Thornton Business Leaders Council and is a member of the EDIC Finance Committee. Miller also serves on a variety of community advisory councils. Tammy and her husband Craig Palmer make their home in Scottsdale, Arizona and Fargo, North Dakota. -Back to Top- | 
| Brian G. Peirce is the President and CEO of Peirce-Phelps Inc. headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Peirce-Phelps is a distributor of HVAC equipment, parts and supplies that has served dealers and contractors in the Mid-Atlantic market since 1926. The company also sells hearth and solid surface materials throughout New York, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia. His company joined A-D through the merger of the HVAC Group with A-D in January of 2006. Mr. Peirce graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College and received his MBA from the University of Chicago. -Back to Top- | 
| William C. Smith is the President of Electrozad Supply Company Limited, the largest independent electrical distributor serving the Southwestern Ontario markets. He has been a member of the A-D Board since 2003. Mr. Smith has held leadership roles on a variety of Supplier Advisory Councils, Committees, Boards and charities throughout his career, including the Canadian Electrical Distributors Association, the Executive Committee, the Supply & Distribution Council, and Electro-Federation Canada. -Back to Top- | 
| John Spoor is the President and COO of State Electric Supply Company and a member of A-D's Board since 2004. During his tenure, State Electric grew from 6 branches in two states to 33 branches spanning 5 states (WV, VA, KY, OH, and NC). He has been a Regional Vice-President for NAED and a member of their Board of Directors. Mr. Spoor graduated from Marshall University with a Bachelor of Science and MBA. -Back to Top- |  | Bill Weisberg is the CEO of Affiliated Distributors (A-D). He joined A-D 26 years ago and became CEO in 1991. Mr. Weisberg has helped to facilitate A-D's growth through the effective utilization of Affiliate and Supplier Committees and Task Forces. This consensus building process resulted in the establishment of the industry's first formalized Networking groups, the development of innovative marketing and planning programs, the implementation of the first national accounts program for electrical independents and the early adoption of internet technology to facilitate group communications. Under Mr. Weisberg's leadership A-D has completed successful mergers with five member-owned cooperatives, entered the Canadian electrical market, the general line industrial market, the Plumbing, PVF and HVAC markets and the drywall industry. In 1999 he founded supplyFORCE, a national accounts business that survived the dot-com crash and is active to this day serving multi-regional MRO customers by coordinating the fulfillment of orders and services from A-D members across three A-D industries. Mr. Weisberg is the proud parent of seven children and is a graduate of Central High School in Philadelphia, PA. -Back to Top- |
